At OT4You, we use our Occupational Therapy skills in a 'whole-person approach' to both mental and physical health and wellbeing, enabling individuals to reach their full potential.

As a private OT and a contractor to ACC, Shelley creates tailored programmes for each client based on their values, how they engage in their current environment, and how they can improve and ease their day-to-day lives. Her work takes on a rehabilitation focus with a functional approach - she looks at clients' daily lives using a specialised assessment, and works with them to make these everyday activities easier.

We believe the neurological processing for sensory and movement development provide the foundation for the individual through all areas of their life.

This includes their ability to engage with their learning environment, with their whānau & friends, and are able to enjoy activities that are age and stage appropriate.

Shelley has experience working with mental health, intellectual disabilities, paediatrics, concussion, physical injuries and physical disabilities, elderly, serious injuries (tbi and spinal injury) wheelchair and seating, housing modifications, equipment identification and issuing, in-school assessments, and identifying caregiver support needs.
